These Spartan Keychains are made to fit ALL wrists. They are made with 19 to 20, 15mm silicone beads. They are also called wristlets in some places.
 
To use your keychain just ROLL onto your wrist/arm. There is no elastic used to make these as I find elastic isn't durable enough to carry keys or even one of my card purses. I use durable nylon cords with melted and hidden knots to ensure strength
